Dear all DSpace users,

Please complete the (informal) DSpace open source community survey!
It should only take 10-15 minutes,

https://survey.google.com/wix/p0345671.aspx

As I'm sure you're all aware, in a couple of weeks, a group of DSpace
developers from the open source community, together with some invited
experts in the digital library field and myself, will be gathering in
Cambridge, MA, and locked in a room for a week to hammer out for once
and for all some concrete architectural and design decisions for
moving the DSpace open source platform forward.

To help us ensure that our discussions and designs best serve the
needs of the whole DSpace community, we invite you to inform us of
your use of and experience with DSpace, the problems or deficiencies
you feel need most urgently addressing and functionality you would
most like to be introduced.

So please fill out the following informal survey and let us know what
you and your organisation think.

https://survey.google.com/wix/p0345671.aspx

Reponses would be appreciated before the end of Thursday 2006-10-19 to
allow the results to be shared with the architecture group --
apologies for the short notice.

The results of the survey will be used primarily as input for the
architecture review group. The anonymised results of the survey will
also be posted on wiki.dspace.org and this email list.

Many thanks!
