[Dspace-general] Tomcat not serving Dspace on Ubuntu

I just recently installed DSpace here on Debian. I don't profess
to understand much of it at all, and I despise Java, but there is
one thing I got stuck on for a while that might be the issue. I
had to set "TOMCAT4_SECURITY=no" in /etc/default/tomcat4. That's
in one of the FAQs somewhere on the web site.

Completely a guess, but it's an easy thing to check if you haven't
already! Debian is fairly similar to Ubuntu, so it might be worth
it.
