No idea to be honest. I would be interested in this as well, just as a general 
'embargo' function which limits access to a specific full-text until a certain 
date has passed.

Anyone know if either Ms Nieminen's functionality or the one I mentioned in 
addition are (easily) supported? I know how to program, so if nothing exists I 
might be able to dedicate time to this to implement.

(If documented, mea culpa, at the moment busy preparing an upgrade from 1.2.1 
to 1.4.)
