[Dspace-general] dspace 1.2 beta1 problem

Dear All,

I am new to dspace , i have recently installed DSpace 1.2 beta 1  on 
linux macine with tomcat 4.1.29 ,
It has installed and started successfully without any error, but it is 
giving error to submit document to the users who have submit (i.e. add 
and write) rights,

only after giving admin rights the users are able to upload.

What should i do.
