[Dev-flock] forwarding of website broken

OK, Dan's on it.  He's taking those files that you emailed were ready, Chia,
and putting them in the main site.  Then he's removing the redirect to the
staging site.  So as soon has he emails that it's complete the staging site
should again be able to be used as a staging area (assuming that everything
works.)
