[Dev-flock] forwarding of website broken

I think it works now.  I just changed /var/sites/hm_www to point to
hm_staging instead of hm_demo (where it was before).  This means any
changes to hm_staging will, for the moment, immediately be live.

I'll fix it better tonight when it's less likely to interrupt users.
