done.
that was more painless than i expected, though there were still some
changes i wasn't sure what to do with (eg, page_links).
i tended to remove svn additions that were not present in the
production site on the thought that they were either cruft or there
was more work needed to merge them into the current state of code. if
this caused trouble for anyone please let me know (and eit!)
