[Dev-flock] svnizeing of hm_staging and hm_demo commencing now

yo,
just a heads up than i'm fiddling the server bits in /var/sites/
i'll email out again when all is well.

details:
i've got a recent svn checkout, hm_production, to which i'm copying in
the latest and greatest from hm_demo (our current production files).
if the website seems to look and function alright i'll then do a
commit. i'll then move hm_staging and hm_demo to  a backup location
and check them out. their only differences should by the contents of
hm/env/CURRENT, which points to each one's individual settings file.
