     **ICAN Career Advice and Networking Event**

What does one do with an MIT degree? Yes, you guessed correctly
  - Science and engineering
but a surprisingly large number of alums go into
  - Startups, Consulting, Management/business, Finance, Biotech/pharmaceuticals

What are the challenges, rewards, and surprises associated with each
of these career choices? Which one is right for you? Come meet our
distinguished Institute Career Assistance Network (ICAN) Advisors and
learn about these six career choices from people who've gone through
them firsthand.

 Time: Tuesday March 1, 6:30-9:00pm
 Place: MIT Bush Room, 10-105
 ICAN advisors will participate in discussion on six career topics lead by

      Management:  Brad Morrision, Professor of Management, Brandeis
      Consulting:  Chris Resto, MIT UPOP Director, former Consultant

      Startups:  David Diamond, COO, Amperion, formerly Managing
Director of Red Leaf Group (Venture Capital firm)
