The email list are including the following organizations: MIT CSSA, Harvard
CSSA, NECINA, and USTC BAA. Please distribute the following email to your

conference at 2:00pm on 02/20/2005, so we have the opportunity to thank your
organization for your help.

Schedule of USTC delegation 02/20/2005

To cheer up the alumni, our alma mater USTC is also sending a delegation,
led by USTC Secretary/CAS Vice Secretary Guo Chuanjie to bring new year's
greeting to the overseas alumni at the beginning of Rooster Year. We (USTC
BAA) coordinate MIT CSSA, Harvard CSSA, and NECINA to co-organize the press
conference on 02/20/2005 at MIT  Building 34, Room 401a.

It would be a whole day event for the delegation.

10:00am to 11:30am: MIT Building 34, small group discussion, registration is
needed. Either email jianzhang2002 at comcast.net or call 781-308-4963 (cell)
to register. The number of people is limited to 30 people.

12:00pm to 1:30pm Lunch at Mayflower Chinese Restaurant.

2:00pm to 4:30pm Press Conference and USTC Delegation will meet with local
USTC alumni and local Chinese professionals, including:
forum Presented by USTC Delegation, to present USTC and CAS's latest
developments, science and technology reforms in China, and opportunities for
overseas Chinese to collaborate with or work for USTC, and updates on USTC's
IT Institute and Engineering Institutes.
