[Cidrz] slides with cytology

these are two combined cases linked together of 2 patients taken in for
additional referral.

the samples were scanned by the lab outside lusaka supported by the italian
pathology group.  They do a multiresolution/magnification scan and send them
for referral by the pathologiests.

currently the quoted price per scan/referral is 30 dollars per, which is
ridiculously expensive for cidrz, and it looks like they have some
inefficiencies within that system (ie, it might be all email based and all
the emails are person monitored vs. done on a website), but maybe the
bandwidth and upkeep of equipment and computers on the lab end could be high
too.  Parham was saying that these rates are also added because they are in
excess of what they have for regular traffic as it is.  my own curiosity has
me wondering about this.

but anyway for reference, here's how they look side by side.
