Hi,
         I've updated the Google document adding sections on addressing privacy issue, insuring sustainability and references.  I've beefed up the introduction as well.  I've attached an extra copy. 
         Andres, can you please update the technological architecture (highlighted in the attached Word document)?  Please describe how we've adopted J2ME, LAMP for information management on the server side, etc.  Daniel Myung, will you be able to write a short blurb on Celtel and iConnect on their ISP/GPRS provider capabilities (highlighted in the attached Word document)?  Please upload your additions to the Google document.
         I believe I've addressed all the comments given to our write-up and presentation.  Please feel free to continue editing. 
         Andres, I'll see you on Monday at 2 PM.  I haven't received a response from the rest of the group as regards meeting on Wednesday at 3 PM.
