My name is Rebecca Shin, and I am currently an Associate in Boston Consulting Group’s Boston office. I graduated from MIT in 2020 in Course 14 & 15.

With the recruiting season underway, I wanted to reach out to answer any questions you may have and send along some of our key upcoming dates for our recruiting events ahead of our application deadlines (included below). Internship Application Dates
Students are only eligible to apply for one application cycle and may not reapply in the second wave regardless of their application status if they applied during the first.

Our Growing Future Leaders (GFL) Sophomore Internship Program provides a highly select group of Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino and Native American/Alaska Native sophomores the opportunity to experience BCG’s work and culture in one of our US offices. In this time, you will be paired with a mentor, participate in training and development programs, and work as a member of a BCG team. Upon successful completion of the GFL Internship Program, individuals are eligible for a junior-year internship offer.
