Thursday, Oct 6 @ 8a ET!
Undergraduate Students: Thurs, Oct 6 @ 8a – Thurs, Oct 13 @ 1p ET
Graduate Students: Wed, Oct 12 @ 8a – Thurs, Oct 13 @ 1p ET

Q2 Course Dates:  Mon, Oct 31 – Tue, Dec 13

Featured Courses + Details

  1.  In-person course timelines + details:

     *   MW course dates: 10/31 - 12/12
     *   TR course dates: 11/1 - 12/13
     *   In-person courses are 50 min and start 5 after the hour and end 5 minutes to the hour (e.g. 1:05 pm-1:55 pm)
     *   Featured Courses:

        *   Yoga and Resiliency
        *   Yoga and Healthy Relationships (co-facilitated by PLEASURE educators)
        *   Ice Hockey
        *   Yoga and Financial Health
        *   Tchoukball
        *   Fitness and Stress Management
        *   Beginner Skate

  1.  Remote synchronous (Zoom) course timelines + details:

     *   MW course dates: 10/31 - 12/12
     *   TR course dates: 11/1 - 12/13

     *   Remote synchronous courses are 50 min and start 5 after the hour and end 5 minutes to the hour (e.g. 1:05 pm-1:55 pm)
     *   Featured Course:

        *   Yoga


  1.  Remote asynchronous course timelines + details:

     *   4 weeks consisting of 2 Sessions/Week – 8 Sessions total
     *   2 synchronous Zoom calls to check-in with peers and instructor
     *   Featured Courses:

        *   Wellness Foundations: Stress Management, Nutrition, and Fitness
        *   Foundations of Physical Fitness
