Registration Opens this Fri, Jan 28 @ 8a ET! 😊
* Undergraduate Students: Friday, Jan 28 @ 8a – Wednesday, Feb 2 @ 1p ET
* Graduate students: Tuesday, Feb 1 @ 8a – Wednesday, Feb 2 @ 1p ET
Q3 Course Dates: Monday, Feb 7 – Thursday, March 17
Featured Q3 Courses + Details (full schedule will be posted soon- visit our website!<https://physicaleducationandwellness.mit.edu/>)
1. In-person course timelines + details:
* MW class timeline: 2/7 - 3/16
* TR class timeline: 2/8 - 3/17
* All in-person courses are 50 min and start 5 after the hour and end 5 minutes to the hour (e.g. 1:05 pm-1:55 pm)
* In-person courses are only for students on COVID pass.
* Featured In-person Courses:
* Intro to Bootcamp for Athletes
* Wellness Courses: Yoga and Healthy Relationships, Yoga and Financial Health, Fitness and Nutrition, Yoga and Stress Management, Yoga and Meditation
* Broomball
* Yoga and CPR/First Aid
* Intermediate Skate
1. Remote Synchronous (live zoom) course timelines + details:
* MW class timeline: 2/7 - 3/16
* TR class timeline: 2/8 - 3/17
* Below remote synchronous (live zoom) courses are 50 min and start 5 minutes after posted start time (e.g., a 6:15p course will begin promptly at 6:20p)
* Featured remote synchronous (live zoom) course:
* Yoga and Resiliency @ 6:15p ET
1. Remote Asynchronous course timelines + details:
* 4 Weeks consisting of 2 Sessions/Week – 8 Sessions total
* 2 synchronous Zoom calls to check in with peers and instructor
