*** Application Deadline: February 5th at 5:00 pm ***

The MIT Science Policy Initiative will be coordinating our 2019 Congressional Visit Days (CVD) on March 25 and 26. After a seminar series here at MIT and a one day science policy crash course with the MIT Washington Office, we will set meetings on Capitol Hill to discuss the future of science with our nation's lawmakers. No prior experience with policy or advocacy is required.

SPI will support you with accommodation for the night of March 25th, a group evening meal/event, and travel expenses (flight and Metro) reimbursed up to $200.

Apply now - space is limited! The trip is open to all MIT undergraduate*, graduate students, and post-docs.

*Due to funding sources there are limited spots for undergraduates.

Contact Krysta Dummit (kdummit at mit.edu<mailto:kdummit at mit.edu>) and Jared Mattos (jmattos at mit.edu<mailto:jmattos at mit.edu>) with questions.
