At McKinsey, continuous learning and investing in professional development is in our DNA. Be a part of the McKinsey Leadership Development Workshop (LDW)—a leadership summit created specifically for MIT undergraduate students. This program is designed to cultivate leadership ability by providing hands-on leadership development training and offering students an insider’s perspective on how McKinsey approaches solving some of world’s toughest problems across the public and private sector.

The McKinsey LDW is a daylong program for freshmen and sophomores (classes of 2021 and 2022) which will take place at the end of IAP on February 4th, 2018 in our McKinsey Boston Office. The programming will conclude by 4:30pm, and will be followed by an optional dinner and reception in the evening.

Through the McKinsey LDW, participants will have the opportunity to:

• Develop leadership skills and techniques through hands-on leadership development training, small group activities and active coaching sessions
• Engage in discussion panels with McKinsey consultants to hear how they tackle some of most important challenges in the world today and how McKinsey has allowed them to pursue their passions
• Receive mentorship from MIT McKinsey alumni based on your interests and have the opportunity to develop lasting professional mentorship relationships

Selected participants will be notified in the week following the deadline.
