This CPW UROP is hosting an Expo to highlight undergraduate research across the Institute for the prospective students and parents visiting campus.  This would be a great opportunity for undergraduate researchers to present their research as either an academic poster, visual demonstration, powerpoint, or physical model to the incoming freshman class and their families.

Given the large number of UROP students who work in Biology I was wondering if you could pass this along and encourage them to participate?  If one of your students would like to present an academic poster UROP has funds available to pay for the poster printing over at CopyTech.  Should you have an interested student please have them email UROP at mit.edu<mailto:UROP at mit.edu> by Friday, March 30th with the following information:
