						Biology UROP and Mentoring Program (BUMP) Training session for  
Graduate Students and Postdocs

Will you be supervising a UROP student this spring or summer?

Are you having difficulty deciding on a doable project?

Are you unsure how to teach a UROP student to do effective and  
ethical research?

The goal of this program is to improve the quality of UROP research  
and supervision in the Department, and includes training of grad  
student/postdoc supervisors of UROPs.  This training session will be  
a discussion with faculty and postdocs. Whether you are a first time  
UROP mentor, or if you have had previous experience, you are STRONGLY  
ENCOURAGED to attend.
