Internship

An exciting full time cell /molecular biology 
internship position available in cell line 
development lab at  Medimmune, Inc. , 
Gaithersburg, Maryland. 

Position description :  cell cloning, cell line 
adaptation,  selection and  characterization; 
cell metabolic and stability assays; microarray 
and protein array  for cellular gene expression 
analysis;  enhancement of cell cloning 
efficiency, and development of subclone media for 
antibody production cell line development .

Qualification: B.S.  and M.S.; or Ph.D. student, 
or graduate in cell/molecular biology , 
microbiology, biochemical engineering  or related 
field.  0-1 year work experience in cell / 
molecular biology , mammalian cell culture, 
biochemistry or general  biological lab.

Start Date: June or earlier, 2006

Duration: 3 to 6 months

Salary: highly competitive, based on qualification and work experience
