Course 7 Undergrads:

We are offering the opportunity to lunch with Dr. 
Lee, who was previously a Postdoctoral Fellow with
Rudolf Jaenisch at the Whitehead Institute and is 
currently at Harvard Medical School.

Please note that the time for this lunch has 
shifted from the previous invitation and will be 
from 1:15-2:30pm next Tuesday.

Biography of Dr. Jeannie Lee
Dr. Lee is an investigator of the HHMI.  She is 
also Professor of Genetics (and Pathology) at 
Harvard Medical School and Molecular Biologist at 
the Massachusetts General Hospital.  She received 
the A.B.
degree at Harvard University where she trained 
with Nancy Kleckner and the M.D.-Ph.D degrees 
from the University of Pennsylvania School of 
Medicine where she worked with Robert Nussbaum. 
She then did clinical training at the 
Massachusetts General Hospital, served as Chief 
Resident in Pathology, and then became an HHMI 
Physician Postdoctoral Fellow with Rudolf 
Jaenisch at the Whitehead Institute.  She assumed 
her present post in 1997.  Dr. Lee has also been 
a Basil O'Connor Starter Scholar
(March of Dimes) and a Pew Scholar.
