Dear Student Group Leaders,

Please read the following announcements carefully:

  * GBM Makeup Form Open

*Space Allocation Form Open*

The space allocation form for 2025-2027 is now open at 
<https://cglink.me/2cy/s887>. It is due *by 23:59 on 2 November 2025.*

All groups who currently have space and want to keep it *must *fill this 
out. As a reminder, the ASA's space policy is in Article VII of our 
Operating Guidelines.

*GBM Makeup Form Open*

The GBM makeup form is now open at <https://cglink.me/2cy/s901>. It is 
due *by**23:59 on 23 October 2025. *(Earlier than the other ones!)

All groups who didn't sign in at the GBM *must* fill this out. If you're 
not sure if your group signed in, you can email the ASA.

Groups who didn't sign in at the GBM or complete the makeup form /will 
not be fined/, however, it will still count as a GBM absence for 
reregistration purposes.

The new group application form is now open at 
<https://cglink.me/2cy/s888>. It is due *by**23:59 on 2 November 2025.*

much more effective than campus-wide emails that no-one ever reads.
