Dear Student Group Leaders,

Please read the following announcements carefully:

*Fall Midway Updates*
The Fall Midway will be at the Johnson Ice Rink on Friday, 29 August, 
from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. Groups should come to Johnson at 2:00pm to check 
in and set up.

*Tables: Table assignments will be released by 08:00 tomorrow. *All 
eligible groups who applied for a table by the 17 August deadline will 
be allocated one. Groups who applied late or contacted the ASA directly 
/may/ be allocated a table at the ASA's discretion. Groups who did not 
apply for a table or contact the ASA before today /will not/ be 
allocated a table.

*Performances: Preliminary performance order will be released by 20:00 
today. Fill out the performance info form <https://cglink.me/2cy/s872**> 
if you haven't already. *The performance form has a link to the 
performance coordination chat—if you're unable to join, email me 
directly at <kiera at mit.edu>. Performing groups will all get a 6 minute 
time slot, which has at most 5 minutes for performances and at least 1 
minute for announcements/setup/strike.

*Fines: If your group got early returns and they no-show, you will be 
fined $200.* This can be waived with the support of S^3.
