[ASA-Official] Space Walkthroughs 10/13 and 10/18

Dear Student Group Leaders,



Please read the following announcements carefully:

  *   Space Walkthroughs on October 13th and 18th

Space Walkthroughs on October 13th and 18th

ASA, EHS, and CAC will be performing an annual inspection of student group office spaces between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM October 13th and October 18th. If you would like to have an officer present during the inspection of your space, please plan to have someone available during those times. Representatives from CAC, EHS, SOLE, and the ASA will be present for every walkthrough. During these inspections, make sure that:

  *   your space is not cluttered and appears tidy
  *   all pathways are clear
  *   there are no tripping hazards
  *   no doors are obstructed
  *   nothing is hanging from sprinkler pipes
  *   all electrical equipment is safe (i.e. no daisy-chaining chords, big appliances are plugged directly to the wall, etc.)
  *   there are no heavy objects high up that can pose a falling hazard
  *   if you have any flammable equipment or supplies (e.g. lighter fluid), make sure that they're inside flammable cabinets
  *   all equipment is properly maintained
  *   no alcohol and/or personal objects are stored in the club's space
