[ASA-Official] ASA Activities Midway 2019 Signup Reminder and Additional Details

Dear Student group leaders,

This is a reminder to sign up for a space at the fall activities midway here https://engage.mit.edu/submitter/form/start/323474 before midnight this Tuesday night (8/20/2019). This year's Fall Activities Midway will take place Friday August 30 from 14:30 to 16:30 ET in the Johnson Ice Rink.

For groups requesting music for performances, please be on the lookout for details and a link to upload music sometime in the week leading up to the midway. We'll send that out once we have the performance schedule.

For students with early returns for your group, you will need to check in with an ASA representative at the midway personally so we can confirm that you were there.
