Dear Student Group Leaders,

Please take note of the following announcements:

(1) MIT Admissions: CPW Event Registration (due by 3/1/2018)
(2) CPW Activities Midway Registration (due by midnight 3/23/2018)
(3) LEF/ARCADE Winter Allocations

(1) MIT Admissions: CPW Event Registration

This year’s Campus Preview Weekend will be held from April 12 to April 15. The deadline to submit an event for CPW registration is March 1.

Registering an Event:
Events must not conflict with any Featured Events
All CPW Activities must end by 1 am, per Institute regulations
Admissions and the CPW Events Committee reserves the right to alter your event title and/or description.
References to alcohol, drugs, or illicit/inappropriate behavior will be automatically rejected.
Admissions will be in touch if changes need to be made.

Reserving Space:
Submitting an event does not reserve your location. All spaces not controlled by the sponsoring organization need to be formally reserved.

(2) CPW Activities Midway Registration (due by midnight 3/23/2018)

This year's CPW Activities Midway will be held in Johnson Rink from 1:00-3:00 PM on Saturday, April 14, 2018. If you would like to submit an application for a Midway booth, you may fill out the online form at <https://asa.mit.edu/asa/survey?survey_uid=2bb5e151-1784-11e8-97c4-0a25fd5e4565 <https://asa.mit.edu/asa/survey?survey_uid=2bb5e151-1784-11e8-97c4-0a25fd5e4565>>.

The deadline to submit an application for a CPW Midway booth is midnight on Friday, March 23. Groups can expect to be notified about Midway booth allocations by Friday, April 6.

(3) LEF/ARCADE Winter Allocations 

LEF/ARCADE Winter Allocations (Jan-Mar 2018) have been posted HERE <http://web.mit.edu/asa/resources/large-events.html>.  Appeals are due March 1, 2018 at 11:59pm.  Due to the complications in this funding cycles, post event allocations will be due by March 15th at 11:59pm or 30 days after the event, whichever comes later.

(4) ASA Office Hours

The ASA has updated their office hours for the spring semester.  They will be held Mondays 1:30-2:30pm and Fridays 12:15-1:30pm on the fourth floor of the student center.  Hours and updates can be found HERE <http://web.mit.edu/asa/about/office-hours.html>.
