[ASA-Official] Recruitment Moratorium now in effect

Dear Student Group Officers,

As a reminder, the 2012 Recruitment Moratorium is now in effect, and will 
remain in effect until the end of the ASA Midway, on August 31st. During 
the Moratorium, groups may not recruit. For guidance on what we are likely 
to consider recruiting, please see the recruitment rules page at 
http://web.mit.edu/asa/rules/recruitment-rules.html and the linked 
examples.
