[ASA-Official] LEF/ARCADE deadline May 13

Dear Student Group Officers,

The deadline to submit applications to the Large Event Fund (LEF) and/or 
the Assisting Recurring Cultural and Diversity Events (ARCADE) fund is 
Friday, May 13, at 11:59 pm. This next deadline is for events occurring 
between 7/01/11 and 9/30/11. The application and more information about 
the funds are available online: 
http://web.mit.edu/asa/resources/large-events.html.

You are encouraged to meet with someone from SAO or the LEF/ARCADE board 
to discuss your application during office hours, which will be announced 
in another email at the beginning of next week. We will look more 
favorably on groups that have had a meeting. Additionally, groups 
proposing events with outside speakers/performers are REQUIRED to hold a 
meeting discussing their application.
