[ASA-Official] Walker Memorial Start-up Meeting

Dear ASA Student Groups,

As many of you know, MIT's administration is currently considering whether or not to repurpose the Walker Memorial building.

On behalf of the Graduate Student Council, the Undergraduate Association, and the ASA, I would like to reach out to each of you regarding Walker Memorial.  We will be hosting a meeting for all ASA groups, the first of several, to discuss the implications of this project, what we can each expect, and everyone's initial reactions.  

What: Walker Memorial Start-up Meeting
When: Friday Dec. 10, 3-4pm
Where: GSC Office, 50-220

We are all aware of the vast implications that this project could have on Walker itself, its effects on our nationally ranked student community, and its diverse set of projects and initiatives.

We understand that this time of year is not ideal but we think it's important to start the conversation prior to the winter break; we look forward to speaking with you on Friday.
