Dear Student Group Officers,

Please take note of the following announcements:

1. Office and storage space application form (due THIS FRIDAY)

As announced at the General Body Meeting and required by the ASA policies, 
office space and storage space are being re-allocated this year.  ALL 
GROUPS that want to have space for the next two years, even if they 
currently have space, NEED TO APPLY.  The online form is due by TOMORROW, 
Friday November 6 at 11:59pm and is now available at 
http://web.mit.edu/asa/resources/office-space-alloc.html

Questions about the form or allocations in general should be sent to 
asa-office at mit.edu.

Our last office hours are Friday from 2-6pm in W20-401.

2. Advertising and Publicity Policies

Please review the advertising and publicity policies at 
http://mit.edu/asa/publicity/public-advertising-space.html

This recently updated page includes important rules and information about 
public bulletin boards, Athena clusters, special postering space, and 
chalking.  These rules are enforced and after one warning your group will 
be fined, so please advise your members of the rules before starting 
publicity campaigns.
