[ASA-Official] LEF/ARCADE deadline: Mar 18

Dear Student Groups,

The next Large Event Fund (LEF) and Assisting Recurring Cultural and
Diversity Events (ARCADE) fund deadline is Wednesday, Mar 18, 2009 at
11:59pm.  Please note that:

i) For this cycle only, a student group may submit multiple event
applications.  We are lifting the usual one app per group limit because we
know it has been hard for you all to find sponsors as the Institute cuts
spendings.  Does your group have 5 great event ideas?  Submit them all!

ii) Just a reminder that all events with invited speakers/performers are
required to meet with SAO staff prior to applying.  A meeting is encouraged
for all other events.  SAO holds regular office hours 12-2pm each Wednesday
in the Student Center Coffeehouse.

All applications must be submitted by 11:59pm on March 18, 2009.
