[ASA-Official] LEF/ARCADE deadline Dec 3, CAC reservations open Dec 1

Hi student groups,

1) The LEF/ARCADE deadline is coming up next week!

We have extended the deadline to Wednesday, December 3 so that it is not
right after Thanksgiving.  Please email completed application and budget to
asa-treasurer at mit.edu by 5pm on Wed, Dec 3.  This deadline is for events
occurring in January through March, 2009.

Applications are available online:
http://web.mit.edu/asa/resources/large-events.html.  Remember that you are
highly encouraged to meet with SAO before submitting your application.  If
your event involves a guest speaker/performer, you are required to meet with
SAO.  SAO can meet with you during their weekly office hours Wednesdays
12-2pm in the Coffeehouse, or by appointment.  Contact pspangle at mit.edu or

2) Campus Activities Complex books open for space reservation

This is a second reminder that next Monday, December 1, at 8 a.m, the Campus
Activities Complex will be opening its books for space reservations for July
1, 2009 to June 30, 2010.  This is an online process carried out through
your virtual scheduling account.  More information can be found at
