[ASA-Official] anti-hazing form followup: 219 groups face derecognition

Dear Student Group Officers,


Thank you for filling out the anti-hazing form we sent out last month.  As
stated in previous e-mails, failure to fill out this form will be
interpreted as a sign of inactivity and groups that have not completed it
out will be derecognized next week.
Therefore, please check to make sure your group is not on the rather
extensive list of groups that failed to fill the form out, by checking the
list at:

http://web.mit.edu/asa/derecognition.html.

Even if you think you did this already, you might want to check.  There are
219 groups on our list right now.

If one of your groups is on the list, don't panic, but please fill out the
form ASAP, at the latest by Thursday, November 13 at 11:59 pm.  The form can
be filled out at https://asa.scripts.mit.edu:444/applications/hazing, and
you can always e-mail us at asa-exec at mit.edu if you run into any problems
while filling it out.
