1. Activities Midway Registeration

Time to register for the 2008 Orientation Activities Midway!

If you would like to represent your group at the ASA Midway this
Orientation, to be held on Friday, August 29th,
you must fill out an application at

by
Sunday, July 13th.

Just a note to the performance groups:  E33 will be hosting the performance
area for the midway again this year as they did last orientation.

2. LEF/ARCADE deadline June 24

LEF/ARCADE deadline for events occurring between July 1 and September 30 is
tomorrow, June 24 at 5pm.  Applications are available online (
http://web.mit.edu/asa/resources/large-events.html).  Completed applications
and a detailed budget should be emailed to asa-treasurer at mit.edu by 5pm,
according to the instructions on the application.
