[ASA-Official] mail distribution this summer (announcement from UA-VP)

Officers of undergraduate student groups: please take note of the below
message from UA Vice President Mike Bennie regarding your groups' incoming
mail.    Note that you will be able to pick up your mail today (Friday) from
12 to 1 in W20-401.

 

All groups: look forward to an e-mail from us later this week regarding
applications for the fall 2008 orientation activities midway.

Hey everyone,

Some student groups expressed interest in having the UA continue mail
sorting
and distribution over the summer. We are going to try to have a distribution
hour once every other week when we can find someone to staff the office.
This
week Paul will be staffing the office on Friday (6/20) from 12 noon to 1pm.
