[ASA-Official] updated table assignments + earlier setup time

Student groups,

1. An updated list of table assignments for the orientation activities
midway has been posted.  Please check
http://web.mit.edu/asa/publicity/pdf/fa08_table_assignments.pdf again to
review your table assignment--some have changed slightly to accommodate club
preferences

2. You may begin setup for the activities midway as early as 1 pm on
Friday.  It is by no means necessary to come this early, but you may.  All
groups are advised to be completely set up by 3:30 pm.

3. If you the name listed for your club in
http://web.mit.edu/asa/publicity/pdf/fa08_table_assignments.pdf is
incorrect, please e-mail asa-midway explaining how it should be corrected.
Please submit all such requests by 4 pm on Thursday if possible.
4. Be sure to check in with the ASA before you commence booth setup.
