[ASA-Official] orientation activities midway table assignments are posted

The tables for the Orientation Activities Midway have been assigned and the
list (along with a map of the midway setup) is posted at
http://web.mit.edu/asa/publicity/midway.html.  If you applied for a table,
please check that you have correctly received one.  If you think there is a
mistake, please e-mail asa-midway at mit.edu at your earliest convenience.

Note that the midway will run from 4 pm to 6:30 pm on Friday, August 29, in
the first floor of Johnson Athletics Center.  You should be able to begin
setup by 3 pm.
