[Asa-official] Early Returns

Dear Student Groups,

The ASA early return date for this year is Wednesday, August 30th.

ASA early returns are granted to only those students who are returning to 
campus early to help set up for the Midway and only to those students who 
have on-campus housing during the coming academic year (06-07). If you have 
summer housing on-campus for this summer (06), you do not need an early 
return; please do not request one.

Students with early returns are required to help with general set-up (not 
student group set-up) for the Midway on the morning of September 1st. There 
are 30 ASA early returns available, therefore, they will be granted on a 
first-come, first-serve basis, and we can grant only one early return for 
any given student group.

*** To submit a request for an ASA early return, please email 
asa-midway at mit.edu with your name, your email address, and the student 
group you are representing.*** Please do not email the housing office to 
submit a request.
