Hi gang,

It turns out that the TA misunderstood problem 3 and may have mis- 
graded it for some of you.  In particular, he misunderstood what was  
meant by "restarted Lanczos".  So, if you have a few points taken off  
because you "used the wrong algorithm" and it is unclear why, let me  
know after class or during office hours and I'll see if you should get  
a few more points.
