[Waltz] Next waltzes: March 16 and March 30

For those planning ahead, our next waltzes will be March 16 
and March 30.

On March 16, the eve of St. Patrick's Day, the 7:30 lesson 
will be on ceili, a called Irish dance done in sets (similar 
in structure to contra dance if you are familiar with that).
