[TCCM] TCC Education Event on 09/24

As was announced at Mass last week, on Sunday, September 24, we will be having a lecture given by Prof. Scott Cleveland, who is an Associate Professor of Philosophy and Catholic Studies at the University of Mary. This lecture will happen in the W11 Main Dining Room at 6:30 PM. Refreshments will be served at 6:15 PM. Q&A will follow the lecture. "Leaving Loneliness, Building Friendship, and Fostering Human Flourishing"

Abstract:
Come learn how pursuing a meaningful vision of human flourishing and building good friendships combats loneliness. The talk will focus on friendship - what it is, its benefits, impediments to it that take the form of vices, and virtues that aid the building of friendship and the building of bridges in a community.
