Alberto Dassieu from Buenos Aires, Argentine will teach in several 
locations in Cleveland

Alberto Dassieu, born 1937 in a neighborhood of Buenos Aires known for 
its Tango Dancers and singers, and was exposed to tango music and some 
of the best of the ages. He is an accomplished maestro of tango salon, 
incorporation elegance, subtlety, and poetic cadence. He started 
dancing tango when he was fourteen years old. Since then, Alberto has 
been frequenting the best dance floors of Buenos Aires:
Jockey club, Sans Souci, Morocco, Atlanta, Viento Norte, Sunderland, 
Almagro, Canning and many others. He has shared those same dance floors 
with best tangueros of the times, including Gerardo Portalea, Pepe 
Dafonte (el pibe del Oeste), the intrepid Virulazo. Copes and the 
legendary Miguel Angel Zotto.
Alberto has many dance credits to his name. He has taught at the Casa 
de Cultura de Ramos Mejia, worked on two National Geographic 
documentaries. The first one on "Tango" with Robert Duval, and the 
second called "A good Dancer and Lover of our Tango", Alberto has also 
a documentary made by Gustavo Benzecry Saba, and choregraphed for the 
very successful tango show called "Milonuisimo at confiteria la Ideal. 
and Alberto and his wife Paulina appeared in the blockbuster movie, 
"Evita".
Alberto and his wife have taught and given exhibitions in Switzerland, 
Italy, Germany and the United States, and now will be coming to 
Cleveland, Ohio
