[Tango-A] NA-E: Anne Atheling's 80th birthday milonga (Sunday, May 9, Boston)

Anne Atheling, known and loved by all Boston-area dancers, is 
celebrating her 80th birthday on Sunday, May 9, 2010. She's been dancing 
since before many of us were born and still goes out dancing virtually 
every night (though, in a phenomenon familiar to Tango dancers 
everywhere, has pretty much dropped all her other dancing once she 
discovered Tango)!

She is generously hosting a birthday milonga (details below), open to 
everyone in the Tango community (yes, worldwide, and regardless of 
whether you've previously met her).

Just like snow in Buenos Aires, this event happens only once every 80 
years, so don't miss it! For those who wish to attend from out of town, 
Boston has tango events everyday (afternoons and nights on weekends 
...), so you can make a Tango weekend out of it -- see the Boston-area

the venue--a walk across a largish parking lot--is the Hyatt Place 
Boston/Medford, 116 Riverside Av, Medford, Massachusetts.)

There is no charge for the event, and Anne has also requested that there 
be no gifts, in lieu of which you are requested to bring something to 
add to the refreshment table for all to share.
