Melina Sedó and Detlef Engel are highly respected tango teachers based
in Germany. They are known for dancing the traditional tango de salón,
as it has been danced in Buenos Aires since the 1940s, and which they
interpret in a very personal and modern way. Their dance captivates
through its intimate embrace, playful musicality and an almost
puristic elegance: a sensual interplay of man and woman without cliché
or superficial effect. Catch them in SF before they head to Portland

Sunday October 5th, 2008
1pm - 2:30pm: Elegant variations of the cross (intermediate/advanced)
2:30pm - 4pm: Vals - the music (only advanced)
4pm - 5:30pm: Tango con Sabor (intermediate/advanced)

Prices: $25 per class/ $120 for all 6 six classes

Melina & Detlef will also be performing at La Pista this Thursday,
Oct. 2nd & The Late Shift on Saturday October 5th.
