Roberto Carreras (Pocho) and Nelida Fernando (Nely) are among the few  
milongueros still active who began
during the 1940s Golden Age of Tango.
Pocho and Nely’s authentic & individual tango is based upon 3 factors:  
communication between dancers
in a continuously close embrace, musical interpretation, and  
respectful navigation on the dance floor.

Together they exude a warmth and caring for their students as people  
as well as dancers.
