El Pulpo and his partner Luiza Paes will be in Minneapolis June 22-24 
for six classes and a demo. Here are the details:

FRIDAY, JUNE 22
-------------------------
Suspension, the incredible tool
Navigation and combinations using suspension
9-10 p.m. All levels. Pay at door: $20 (includes milonga after class).

Milonga: Puro Tango
10 p.m.-1 a.m. Four Seasons Dance Studio.
Pulpo & Luiza demo around 11 p.m. Cost: $7

SATURDAY, JUNE 23

Secret keys to Pulpo's style
Working with hidden essential elements
12-1:30 p.m. All levels.

Basic enganches (leg wraps)
2-3:30 p.m. Intermediate.

Finding ganchos (hooks) everywhere
4-5:30 p.m. Intermediate.

Milonga: Social Dance
9 p.m.-12:30 a.m. Anew Fitness & Spa, 2920 Bryant Ave S, Mpls.
Cost: $5; students $3.

SUNDAY, JUNE 24

Leg work I
Understanding the possibilities of ganchos, sacadas, and barridas.
1-2:30 p.m. Intermediate/advanced.

Leg Work II
Combining and improvising-enganches, ganchos, sacadas, barridas.
3-4:30 p.m. Intermediate/advanced.

Milonga: Loring Pasta Bar
6-10:30 p.m. Live music with Mandragora until 9 p.m.
DJ Christopher Everett until 10:30 p.m. Free.

Before June 20: $100 (all workshops) or $25 for individual classes.
Prices increase after June 20; full-time students take 20% off all prices.
