Tango 59° Stockholm City International Festival - it's high time to book
========================================================================
This year's Tango 59° festival will take place between the 7th and
12th of August, not even eight weeks from now. It is high time to
book your place. So far, we have participants from 16 countries, and
the package and workshop places are filling up quite rapidly. Don't
wait too long with your booking!
This year's teachers are:
* SEBASTIAN ARCE & MARIANA MONTES (Argentina)
* CHICHO FRUMBOLI & LUCIA MAZER (Argentina)
* VÉRONIQUE BOUSCASSE & THIERRY LECOCQ (France)
* GUNILLA RYDÉN & HENRIK ULDALL (Scandinavia)
There are nine full course packages and eighteen individual workshops
available, on levels and with themes suitable for everyone, from
absolute beginners to professionals. Some of the packages and
workshops are already fully booked, but there are still a few places
left on most of them. Check out our site at http://tango59degrees.com
for themes and booking details. There are waiting lists available for
the fully booked events.
This year's DJs are:
* MARIO ORLANDO (Buenos Aires)
* MATIAS DE VALENTIN ALSINA (Paris)
* PETER BENGTSON (Stockholm)
There is still a number of Milonga Passes available, giving you
substantial savings over buying individual tickets at the door, but
you need to be fairly quick if you want a Milonga Pass. However,
individual milonga tickets will also be sold at each milonga.
Finally, the festival orchestra is:
* ENSEMBLE HYPERION (Italy/Argentina)
The festival also comprises of five day-time milongas and a number of
after-parties, so if you are a real tangoholic you will be able to
dance almost around the clock.
So don't wait - book your places today, and come and enjoy the great
atmosphere at Tango 59° Stockholm City. See you soon!
