After seven years of teaching, hundreds of concerts, two CDs, international
tours and original arrangements for the Orquesta Escuela de Tango, Maestro
Emilio Balcarce is retiring.  He turned 89 on February 22.  His farewell
concert will be held during the IX Festival Buenos Aires Tango.  The
documentary on the formation of the Orquesta is being shown this week.
