Primitive styles of tango - A fascinating look into
the many primitive forms of tango dance with film
images and dance manuales from 1913 to 1939!!! Styles
covered: tango milonga, canyengue, orillero, Parisian
tango, apache, etc.

Children in Tango: From Geraldine Rojas to Gabriel
Misse, Natalia Hills to Miguel Zotto, these are the
young adolescents who are the tango stars of today.
See fascinating images of them in their early careers
in the 1980s and 1990s.

Learning from the Past Workshops Workshops:

Through a unique system and rare video projections,
you will learn figures from el Cachafaz and Carmencita
Calderon, Jose Mendez (canyengue & orillero maestro of
the 1930s) and others!!

Coming back tot he child within: Inspired by the
youngsters of tango, we will explore the playfulness
and creativity so essential to good and authentic
Argentine style tango dancing.
