[Tango-A] NA-E, NA-C, NA-W: EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT SET TO EXPIRE FOR THE INTERNATIONAL TANGO FEST IN CHICAGO

The early bird discount to the International Chicago Tango Fest will expire on Sunday, July 30th.  The Festival will be held from August 24-27th.
   
  There will be numerous international tango performers/instructors at the festival, including Fernanda Ghi and Guillermo Merlo (Argentina), Andrea Misse and Javier Rodriguez (Argentina), Nancy Louzan and Damian Esell (Argentina), Lorena Gasse and Ariel Barrionuevo (Argentina), Paulo Araujo (Brazil), Natalie Brateli and Pino Dangiola (Greece and Sweden), and Eugenia Parilla (Argentina) and Somer Surgit (Turkey/Chicago). These instructors will lead students in workshops designed from beginners to professional level. Six different workshops daily, live music played by Chicago's own seven-piece tango orchestra, Orquesta Bohemia de Chicago at each evening's "milonga"  and a theatre performance on Saturday, August 26 featuring the Orquesta and the professional dancers. 
   
  The festival will be given by the American Tango Institute and it will be held at the Knickerbocker Hotel, 163 E. Walton, Chicago. The block of rooms that have been reserved at the Knickerbocker will be released shortly, so make sure to reserve your room as soon as possible.  The rate is $145 for a single or double occupancy.  To make a reservation call 312-751-8100 or 800-621-8140 and tell the reservation agent that you are with the Tango Festival Group.   An alternate hotel is the Hampton Inn & Suites located at 33 W. Illinois, Chicago.  They offer a special Tango Festival rate of $119 for a single or double occupancy.  The hotel can be reached at 312-832-0330.
